| Study programme description | The Bachelor Diploma (recognized in the EU) offers a valuable opportunity for students after the middle school graduation.
The graduates of the program will be well equipped with in-depth understanding of the functioning of the EU institutions, EU politics and domestic and foreign policy, basics of the international relations and diplomacy, will have ability to participate in the EU policy implementation process and will be able to pursue studying European issues under Master programs both in Latvia and abroad. On the completion of the program the graduates will be able to work as practitioners in a number of institutes linked to the EU policy implementation not only in their home countries but also in the European Union. Among the basic disciplines of the program are History of European Politics, Political Theory, Theories of International Relations, Comparative politics, Theories of European Integration, History of European Integration, Comparative Politics, EU political Economy, EU Law, EU institutions, EU Policy, EU Foreign ad Security Policy. |
