Study programme description		This is a two year, part-time postgraduate programme. It is designed for those holding a degree or equivalent qualification in subjects other than Business Studies. It typically appeals to engineers, scientists, IT and arts graduates who are now pursuing or proposing to pursue a career in business. However we have many business and economics graduates in our programme as well and they also find this programme rewarding and challenging. The programme includes the following main modules: Induction – essentials of management studies. Business and its environment – Organisational Behaviour, Marketing, Finance, Legal Environment, Operations, Human Resources, Information Technologies. Strategy – includes business simulation (this module takes place at the University of Salford, UK). Entrepreneurial Leadership – Entrepreneurial Process, Management Development, Systems Thinking and Decision Making, Creativity and the Management of Innovation and Change. Elective modules: Management in Global Context, Managing Projects and Supply Chains, Customer Management, Financial Management Individual Research Project (Dissertation)
