| Study programme description | This programme of the Master degree of Engineering Sciences in Electrical Engineering is offered for those who desire to improve specialized knowledge and skills relative to computer control of electrical technologies. This programme will provide you with technically oriented education that highlights the application of modern technologies to solve problems, design, to develop and improve processes, procedures, equipment and facilities. The programme comprises Elements of Automation, Simulation of Electrical Processes, Design of Power Electronics Systems, Industrial Programmable Control Systems, etc.
The main aspects of the programme include the advanced use of computer applications such as MathCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks Premium, SolidCAM among others. The students develop techniques in computer aided analysis and approaches in simulation. Our laboratory infrastructure and technical support, e.g. platform for developing of control systems of electrical technologies dSPACE; modelling software Matlab/Simulink R14; digital oscilloscope TEXTRONIX; Manual oscilloscopes AR5L; Analyser of electric network AVISTA; Work station Inmel SQ 33A etc., help students get better understanding of most industrial processes. |
